The credit crunch is affecting us all; shops are closing down, there are less jobs and money. How are we going to survive the credit crunch?

We interviewed city head hunter Julian smith and Credit Union Manager, Mick mcateer. They both said that their businesses and companies were suffering because of the credit crunch. The city has been affected a lot. Business people are finding it hard, like most people, there are boarded up shops everywhere you go, people are finding it difficult to live.

We interviewed the public to see how they survive the credit crunch. A security guard from Morrison's said he found it hard to live. On the other hand another person had some luck; her husband was a director and owned his own business.

The banks have all stopped lending to each other and the City is really going through difficult times with thousands of people being laid off
