Millions of human beings are melting their worries consuming fast food. Are you going to deal with your worries sweet or healthy?

Eat them sweet or healthy?
There are lots of reasons why people eat too much. Some people eat too fast and, therefore, by the time they realise they're full, they've eaten more than they need. Some people eat because they're unhappy and they're eating too much as a comfort.
Dr. Nick Brewer - Lower Clapton Health Centre

Research shows that many human beings hang onto their problems and do not look forward to the coming future. Why is this?

Healing your problems will make you feel more secure in life. Some people believe that eating is fulfillment and so they eat more to feel good about themselves.

All over Britain there are many obese people because their sorrows are holding them back. Many underweight people do not eat because of their problems not being dealt with. Eating too much or not eating at all are a part of it.
