Big breakfast, small breakfast, English breakfast, no matter what. Did you have yours?

Schools have begun to open breakfast clubs with a wide range of delicious breakfasts helping students and teachers concentrate for the day and feel energized. But why is breakfast an important meal?

Clapton Girls Technology College has opened a breakfast club because they realised how important breakfast is to us. Other schools also have their own breakfast clubs. This is to try to influence students that breakfast helps them concentrate a lot better in school.

It helps you focus. It helps you to concentrate throughout the day and it keeps you going until lunchtime.

People say that when people forget breakfast, it's like they're forgetting about their health and concentration. But this situation can be changed if everyone had a healthy breakfast.

Some people say that we should have a healhy breakfast not just because it's the first meal of the day, but it cleans out yesterday's food and it helps your body get through its cycle.

Breakfast is one of the key things to help the body go through it's cycle, this means that all the yucky food of yesterday is cleaned away. It also gets our brains working a lot faster.

Even when adults are working, they need breakfast to help them concentrate at work.

Some people say that if you have no breakfast, you could damage your health, lose a lot of concentration and have a bad temper. But we dont want that do we?
